Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a confirmed session time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a confirmed session time are non-refundable. Where possible, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

If RoadFit or Get-A-Weigh needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or an alternative session time, your choice.
